Tango had a great day today! It started with an early wake up, followed by a hearty breakfast before the divers left for their 8a.m. dive. The Tango boat then dropped off 4 Tango students to the Alpha boat, Mont Louis, and 4 of the Alpha students came over to Miss You to help them during their sail from Little Harbour to Salt Island. It was so much fun to work alongside some new and familiar faces for this unique sail.

After we anchored at Salt Island, we went to shore and did a plastic cleanup, where the Tangos came in first place for picking up the most amount of trash! After, we all hiked up to the highest peak on Salt Island and learned the story of the Wreck of the Rhone. After the hike, we had an afternoon of water sports where we went tubing! Then, we had some down time where the students loved jumping off the boat and swimming in the water. To end the wonderful day, we had a great dinner of steak fajitas, followed by a peaceful boat meeting.

Please enjoy photos from our ice cream social to celebrate 5 different birthdays that have already and will take place over the program!

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
