This morning, campers and staff woke up after a big night spent dancing the night away with Alpha Fleet at Sidney’s. We all had a good and nutritious breakfast to help prepare us for the day’s activities.

Today was one of the best days at camp and it was even better because we were doing a joint Olympics with Alpha Fleet and our Lima Program! Teams from various fleets gathered to compete, fostering a sense of camaraderie and friendly rivalry. The games are made up of four competitions: dizzy fender, synchronized swimming, tug of war, and bury-a-counselor.

After the games were completed, Alpha Fleet went on their way and Mega Fleet had swimmy fun time until we dropped the ball and headed to the next location! After a series of exhilarating events, the campers embarked on a short sail to the picturesque Cane Garden Bay on Tortola.

Once at Cane Garden, we had even more swimmy fun time and even had some water sports going on. To end the night, we enjoyed a stunning sunset, and made even more memories with everyone on our boats!

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
