Today we had another early wake-up for the next big day of the program. Our crew started the morning by making breakfast burritos with eggs and sausage. After breakfast, the dive boat arrived to take the kids and staff to do more training for Open Water, Advanced Open Water, and even fun diving.

During the dive most of the divers saw stingrays and even a few sharks! YAY! While the divers were away the rest of the fleet were water sporting and colgating around the Bight. They also went on a hike up to an abandoned helipad on Norman Island. It is one of the best views in the BVI!

Once everyone was back on boats our crew made personal pizzas for everyone and we dropped the ball to head towards our next location. The sail was beautiful as ever and we even got rained on a few times. Yay, freshwater rinse! All kids and staff were excited to head towards our next location because Nanny Cay has the best land showers in BVI and the students got to call their families!! Once everyone was docked kids were able to explore Nanny’s shopping and grocery store. The rest of the day included preparing the dinner for the night and having a chill night on the boat.

The greatest challenge during the program was staying entertained during the quarantine period. Not being able to leave your boat and not having a phone, which was a crutch against boredom, it was difficult at first to stay entertained.
