Delta 2 Day 21: Sun Rose Over Hodges Creek As We Said Our Goodbyes

This morning, the Delta crew awoke on docks bright and early to catch their respective taxis to the ferry, and/or on to the airport. As the sun rose over Hodges Creek, students packed up their final items and left what has become their home on the water for the very last time. Staff and some remaining students hugged and waved goodbye to our crew members as they loaded into taxis to start their journeys home.
The Delta 2 adventure has finally come to a close, each student heading home full of amazing memories from the past three weeks. We cannot thank these amazing students for all that they’ve brought to us and what we’ve so proudly watched them accomplish. We hope to see you all back with us in the future to experience that much more.
