Beckett Waechter

Despite being somewhat of a homebody, Beckett has always been attracted to the great outdoors!
His passion for music and filmmaking is heavily inspired by the breathtaking scenery of the
Virgin Islands. Having traveled the world, Beckett appreciates the calmness and tranquility he
finds in nature. Originally born in Greenwich, Connecticut, Beckett now spends his time in
Tallahassee, Florida pursuing his degree in political science. Growing up in Florida gave
Beckett the opportunity to explore the ocean and find a knack for boating. Last year he
expanded his passion for the water when he became a certified scuba diver with Sail Caribbean!
This year, as a returning mate, Beckett is most excited to see all the familiar faces from last
year’s sessions! When he is not hitting the books, Beckett likes to tinker with computers,
create music, and loves video games! He finds his joy in the presence of others and often finds
laughter contagious.
