Ellie Barham

Meet Ellie, a new addition to Sail Carribbean’s team! Ellie is a rising junior at the University
of Georgia and is currently pursuing a degree in marketing with a co-major in International
business and a minor in French. She loves the ocean and is excited to share her passion this
summer. Hailing from Charleston SC, Ellie has had a deep-rooted love for the ocean and adventure
since she was young and it has only grown stronger. She has quite an affinity for turtles, but
then again who doesn’t? She will meet you on a paddle board or kayak at any second. In her
free time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, painting, and anything that will get her outside. In high school,
she participated in two 10-day-long voyages on a schooner and instantly fell in love with sailing and
the empowerment she felt from navigating the open waters. She is excited to bring her energy and
genuine love for adventure to Sail Caribbean to help create unforgettable memories with the
campers this summer!
