Sierra 2 & Foxtrot 2 2015 – Day 5

Miss You woke up this morning at 7a.m. and whipped up chocolate pancakes for breakfast. The cooks, Sutton and John Milton made a mess, with batter flying everywhere as they flipped the cooking pancakes, but it was worth the clean up because they tasted delicious!
After breakfast, Fun divers, Discover Scuba and Open Water Divers went diving for the morning. Sammy, Keith, and Sydney were excited to get diving for the first time this summer while more qualified divers, Max, Hill, Jack, Sutton, and John Milton showed them how it was done. During the dive, lots of cool fish were spotted and a massive lobster!
While the divers were away, Danielle, Sophie and John Moffett chilled on Spyglass with other non-divers, and had a cannonball competition, played Pictionary and made bracelets. After the dive, everyone returned to Miss you, greeted by Liz, their mate, and lunch was made. After lunch, it was time for the beach.
Everyone was shuttled to the gorgeous Pirate’s Bight beach and rotations of activities were set in place. Everyone had the choice of volleyball, watersports and games on the beach. Hill and Jack went out wake-boarding and wake-skating, and totally killed it Jack showed off impressive moves as he went across the wake and jumped over the wake, too. Hill was trying out 180 turns which was fun to watch. The boys did a great job of teaching Sammy and Sydney how to do it too! Everyone had a lot of fun. Keith, Jack, Max and both Johns’s went out tubing and wake-boarding in the next session and had a blast as well.
At 5:00p.m., everyone returned to the boat and started dinner prep. It was an Indian influenced dinner of Tikka Masala. It went down like a treat. After a quick clean up, all three boats headed to shore to have a social with another fleet staying at the Bight, Chavo (our Sail Caribbean slang for the Charlie and Bravo programs). It was great meeting new people and hearing about what they have been up too.
At 9:30p.m., it was time for back to boats and power down. It was a fun-tastic day full of new and exciting activates.
Photos of the Sierra and Foxtrot programs to be added tomorrow morning!
